Introducing Stellar Stella and her line of Stellar Days frozen sherbet treats! Stellar Days is made with premium all natural organic and/or non-GMO ingredients only. Each handmade single batch sherbet takes 48 hours to make, with true ice cream artisan techniques!

Our Product

Premium Ingredients

All of our ingredients are all natural and all organic and/or non-GMO. Some include pure cane sugar, pure vanilla, and 100% all natural real fruits.

No seed oils

We do not use cheap oils such as palm, kern, or any other seed oils. Our sherbet is made with organic virgin coconut oil. Coconut oil provides many health benefits such as brain health, oral health, antioxidant power, weight management, and wound healing.

No fillers

We do NOT use any artificial flavors or color, and do not use any fillers (water/ice or any useless ingredients). All ingredients are intentional and of the highest quality.

MCTs provide ketones, a quick energy source for the brain, potentially benefiting neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer's.
